摘 要:某热电厂4号机组长期存在风机进出口风道振动、一次风机机壳破损、风机本体突发振动加剧超过7.2 mm/s造成风机跳停等故障。技术人员结合现场实际设备状况与运行参数,经振动测试与频谱分析寻找故障原因,通过调整机械部分联轴器对中程度及两侧轴承地脚螺栓紧固程度和对一次风机进、出口弯头处的气流进行导流、稳流措施改造。改造后风机、风道谐振数据峰值大幅减小,一次风机高负荷区振值由原来的3~4 mm/s降低到1~2 mm/s,一次风机的振动问题得到有效控制。The No.4 unit of a thermal power plant has long had faults such as fan inlet and outlet duct vibration,primary fan casing damage,and sudden vibration of the fan body intensifying by more than 7.2 mm/s,causing the fan to jump and stop.The technical personnel combined the actual equipment conditions and operating parameters on the site,and found the cause of the failure through vibration testing and spectrum analysis,and through adjusting the mechanical part of the coupling to the medium degree and the degree of fastening of the ground bolts of the bearings on both sides,and the air flow at the inlet and outlet elbows of the primary fan,the diversion and steady flow measures were modified.After the transformation,the peak value of the resonance data of the fan and the air duct was greatly reduced,and the vibration value of the high load area of the primary fan was reduced from the original 3~4 mm/s to 1~2 mm/s,and the vibration problem of the primary fan was effectively controlled.
