摘　　要：习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立100周年大会上发表的重要讲话高度概括了百年来中国共产党为实现中华民族伟大复兴艰苦奋斗的光辉历程,指明了党未来的前进方向与目标,具有重要的历史意义和深刻的政治意涵。“七一”重要讲话主要阐明了三个关键问题:一是坚持中国共产党的领导是中华民族伟大复兴的根本保证,要充分发挥党总揽全局、协调各方的领导作用,关键是要不断提高党科学执政、民主执政和依法执政的水平,努力提高全体党员的政治素养。二是中国特色社会主义制度是中华民族伟大复兴的制度保障,要按照“五位一体”总体布局和“四个全面”战略布局,坚持依法治国和依规治党,不断推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。三是中国特色社会主义道路是中华民族伟大复兴的唯一正确抉择,要把以人民为中心作为根本遵循,坚持党的实事求是的思想路线。Xi Jinping's important speech delivered at the 100th anniversary conference highly summarizes the glorious course of the Communist Party of China's hard struggle to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the past century,and points out the future direction and goal of our party,which has important historical significance and profound political implications.Studying and understanding this important speech from the perspective of political science mainly clarifies three key issues.Firstly,adhering to the Communist Party of China's leadership is the fundamental guarantee for national rejuvenation.The key to giving full play to the party's leadership role in overall planning and coordinating is to continuously improve the party's scientific,democratic and legal governance,and strive to improve the political quality of all party members.Secondly,the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the institutional advantage of national rejuvenation.In accordance with the"five in one"overall layout and the"four comprehensive"strategic layout,we should adhere to the rule of law and the rule of the party,and constantly promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Thirdly,taking the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the only correct choice for national rejuvenation,and it is necessary to take the people as the center as the fundamental guide and adhere to the party's ideological line of seeking truth from facts.
