高校党员教师针对学习困难学生的帮扶策略研究与实践

摘　　要：随着高等教育规模的扩大,高校内出现了一定数目的学习困难学生群体。学生学习困难往往是多种不同因素导致的,学习困难不但会影响学生的未来发展,更为高校的教学增加了难度,导致学生就业率降低,加重了社会的负担。为帮助这些学生走出困境,东北大学医学与生物信息工程学院生物医学信息学系党支部的党员教师分析了学习困难学生的主要特征,从思想、学业等多个方面入手,有针对性地开展了一系列学业帮扶工作,取得了良好成效。With the expansion of the scale of higher education year by year, a considerable number of students with learning difficulties have emerged in colleges and universities. Students’ learning difficulties are often caused by many different reasons.The emergence of this situation will not only affect the future development of the students, but also make the teaching in colleges and universities more difficult, and consequently the employment rate has decreased, which has also increased the burden on society. To help these students get out of the predicament, the teacher Party members of the Party Branch of the Department of Biomedical Information, College of Medicine and Biological Information Engineering, Northeastern University analyzed the main characteristics of students with learning difficulties, and carried out a series of academic assistance work,having achieved good results.
