摘　　要：大学生预备党员的教育管理是推动高校党建工作健康发展的关键。创新高职学生预备党员的教育与管理,提高预备党员队伍的思想政治素质,是高职院校各级党组织和党务工作者必须思考的一项紧迫任务。该文分析了高职院校大学生预备党员教育管理的现状及成因,并提出了解决问题的方案。以学生党员成长成才为核心,以学生党员入党后的党性教育为重点,以学生党员先锋模范作用的发挥为基础,搭建学生党建工作平台,达到"把握两个维度、聚焦三个板块、突出四个作用"的效果,加强对学生预备党员的教育和管理。The education management of probationary Party members of college students is the key to promote the healthy development of the Party building in colleges and universities.An urgent task needed be considered by the Party organizations and Party workers at all levels in higher vocational colleges is how to innovate the education management and how to improve the ideological and political quality of probationary Party members of college students. This paper analyzes the status quo of the education management of probationary Party members of college students in higher vocational colleges and the causes,and proposes solutions to the problems at present. With the growth and success of student Party members as the core, the Party spirit education of student Party members after joining the Party as the focus, and the pioneering and exemplary role of student Party members as the foundation, the student Party building platform will be built to achieve the effect of"grasping two dimensions, focusing on three sectors, and highlighting four functions", so that the education management of probationary Party members of college students will be strengthened.
