摘　　要：针对新工科背景下应用型网络工程专业人才培养面临的一系列问题,提出以OBE(成果导向教育)理念为指导,从课程教学体系、实验教学体系、课外教学体系、教学师资、校企合作等方面进行改革和探索。这些具体措施已取得了一定的成果,对其他地方高校的网络工程人才培养具有一定的借鉴作用。Aiming at a series of problems faced by the training of application-oriented network engineering professionals under the background of new engineering, it is proposed to reform and explore the curriculum teaching system, experimental teaching system, extracurricular teaching system, teacher training,school-enterprise cooperation and so on, guided by the concept of OBE. These concrete measures have achieved certain results and have a certain reference effect on the training of network engineering talents in other universities.
