摘　　要：目的:系统评价富血小板血浆治疗雄激素性脱发的有效性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法:应用计算机全面检索国内外数据库,纳入符合标准的富血小板血浆治疗雄激素性脱发的随机对照试验,进行文献的筛选、信息提取和质量评价后,进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入12篇文献,共759例患者。经Meta分析,富血小板血浆治疗雄激素性脱发患者的毛发计数、毛发厚度高于多脱氧核糖核苷酸、或安慰剂、或安慰剂联合治疗,毛发密度、终毛密度高于安慰剂、或安慰剂联合治疗,临床疗效优于米诺地尔、或毛发移植、或安慰剂联合治疗,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:富血小板血浆能增加毛发数量、毛发密度、毛发厚度和终毛密度,逆转雄激素性脱发患者毛囊逐渐微型化的进程,从而改善患者脱发情况,具有良好的临床疗效。Objective The effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia was systematically evaluated to provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods Computers were used to comprehensively search the domestic and foreign databases.Randomized controlled trials of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia were included.After literature screening,information extraction and quality evaluation,Meta-analysis was performed.Results Finally,12 articles were included,with a total of 759 patients.According to Meta-analysis,the hair count and hair thickness of patients with androgenetic alopecia treated with platelet-rich plasma were higher than that treated with polydeoxyribonucleotides,or placebo,or placebo combination therapy.Hair density and terminal hair density were higher than that treated with placebo,or placebo combination therapy.The clinical effects were better than that treated with minoxidil,or hair transplantation,or placebo combination therapy.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet-rich plasma can increase the number of hairs,hair density,hair thickness and terminal hair density,and reverse the process of miniaturization of hair follicles in patients with androgenetic alopecia.Platelet-rich plasma improves hair loss in patients and has good clinical effects.
