双波长强脉冲光联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗面部寻常痤疮临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察双波长强脉冲光(Intense pulsed light,IPL)联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗面部寻常痤疮的有效性及安全性。方法:按照随机数字表法将2019年1月-12月笔者医院收治的60例寻常痤疮患者分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗,观察组采用双波长IPL联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗。两组均治疗12周,治疗后观察两组炎性皮损及痤疮红斑的治疗有效率、VISIA评分及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组的炎性皮损(86.67%vs 33.33%)及痤疮红斑(70.00%vs 23.33%)治疗有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的红斑、毛孔及紫质VISIA评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),观察组的红斑及毛孔VISIA评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:双波长IPL联合30%超分子水杨酸治疗面部寻常痤疮安全、有效,能够明显改善炎性皮损及痤疮红斑。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of double wavelength intensive pulsed light(IPL)combined with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of facial acne.Methods According to the random number table method,60 patients with acne vulgaris who were divided into control group and observation group in our hospital from January to December 2019,with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with 0.1%adapalin gel,while patients in the observation group were treated with dual wavelength IPL combined with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid for 12 weeks.The effective rate of inflammatory skin lesions and acne erythema,VISIA score and adverse reactions were observed in the 2 groups.Results The effective rate of inflammatory skin lesions(86.67%vs 33.33%)and acne erythema(70.00%vs 23.33%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VISIA score of erythema,pore and purple in both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The VISIA score of erythema and pore in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Dual wavelength IPL combined with 30%supramolecular salicylic acid was safe and effective in the treatment of facial acne,and could significantly improve inflammatory skin lesions and acne erythra.
