摘　　要：目的:系统评价果酸治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网CNKI、万方数据资源系统WANFANG DATE、中文科技期刊全文数据库VIP,Pubmed数据库;并手工检索纳入文献的参考文献,相关学位论文和会议论文集。采纳符合标准的RCT,试验组采用果酸治疗,对照组采用阿达帕林凝胶外用治疗,并用RevMan 5.3软件对其进行统计学分析。检索时间为:2002年2月7日-2020年2月7日。结果:共纳入文献9篇,868例寻常痤疮患者。果酸治疗寻常痤疮的总有效率RR(95%CI)1.37[1.17,1.61]、不良反应发生率RR(95%CI)0.47[0.31,0.73],复发率RR(95%CI)0.23[0.10,0.53]均优于阿达帕林凝胶,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:果酸在治疗寻常痤疮方面具有一定的优势,且其与阿达帕林凝胶相比有较低的不良反应发生率和复发率。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of fruit acids in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Computer searched CNKI,WANFANG DATE,VIP,Pubmed database and manually searched references included in the literature,related dissertations and conference proceedings.The standard RCT was adopted,the test group was treated with fruit acid,and the control group was treated with adapalene gel externally,and the RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.The retrieval time is February 7,2002 to February 7,2020.Results A total of 9 articles were included,including 868 acne patients.The total effective RR(95%CI)of fruit acid in the treatment of acne was 1.37[1.17,1.61],the incidence of adverse reactions RR(95%CI)0.47[0.31,0.73],and the recurrence rate RR(95%CI)0.23[0.10,0.53]Are better than adapalene gel,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Fruit acid has certain advantages in the treatment of acne,and compared with adapalene gel,it has a lower incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence.
