痛风患者骨代谢标志物与血清补体C3的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨骨代谢标志物和血清补体C3在痛风患者和同期健康体检者的差异表达,并分析痛风患者骨代谢标志物与血清补体C3的相关性。方法 选取2016年1月-2020年7月本院门诊及住院的362例痛风患者作为痛风组,另选取同期2 678例健康体检者作为对照组。检测2组血清补体C3以及骨代谢标志物水平,并进行组间统计学分析。结果 与健康体检组比较,痛风组血清补体C3水平明显升高(P <0. 05);痛风患者的各项骨代谢指标水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);相关性分析显示,痛风患者补体C3与P1NP水平呈负相关(r=-0. 225,P <0. 05),补体C3与维生素D3、β-CTX、PTH、骨钙素的差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 补体C3与痛风相关,提示补体C3可能参与痛风的发生与进展,对临床辅助诊断和预防疾病具有重要意义。Objective To explore the expression of bone metabolic markers and serum complement C3 in patients with gout and those with physicals examination in the same period,and to investigate the correlation between bone metabolism markers and serum complement C3 in patients with gout.Methods A total of 362 gout patients from January 2016 to July 2020 were selected as the gout group.In addition,2678 healthy persons were selected as the control group.Serum complement C3 and bone metabolic markers in the two groups were detected,and statistical analysis was performed between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the serum complement C3 level of gout patients was significantly increased(P<0.05);the levels of bone metabolism in patients with gout were all higher than the control group,with the difference statistically significant(P<0.05);correlation analysis display that serum complement C3 was negatively correlated with P1NP(r=-0.225,P<0.05),but not correlated with vitamin D3,β-CTX,PTH,osteocalcin among patients with gout,with the difference statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum complement C3 is closely associated with the gout and may be involved in the occurrence and progression of gout complications.It is of great significance for clinical diagnosis and prevention of diseases.
