摘　　要：公共危机事件已经成为各国面临的一个重要话题。根据社会发展需要和多元协同治理理论,现代公共危机事件的治理主体不局限于政府,社会组织也成为一种重要的参与力量。社会组织在公共危机事件治理中具备专业技能优势,反应灵活快捷,贴近基层民众,这为其参与到公共危机事件治理中奠定了坚实的基础。从现实情况出发发现,社会组织参与公共危机事件治理还面临诸多现实困境,需要从拓宽资源储备、完善相关管理体制、搭建政社合作平台、提高社会公信力等多个方面进行优化提升,将社会组织真正纳入公共危机事件治理体系之中,弥补政府治理公共危机事件存在的疏漏之处。The governance of public crisis events has become an important topic facing all countries.According to the needs of social development and the theory of multiple coordinated governance,the governance subject of modern public crisis events is not only related to the government,but social organizations have also become an important participating force.Social organizations have the advantages of professional skills in the management of public crisis incidents,respond flexibly and quickly,and are close to the grassroots.This has laid a solid foundation for their participation in the management of public crisis incidents.However,combined with the actual situation of the prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,it has been found that social organizations are still facing many practical difficulties in participating in the governance of public crisis events,which has hindered the operation of social organizations in the process of governance of public crisis events.It is necessary to expand resource reserves,improve related management systems,and build The platform for political-community cooperation,the improvement of social credibility,and other aspects are optimized and improved,and social organizations are truly included in the public crisis management system to make up for the omissions in the government’s governance of public crisis events.
