摘  要:教学研究能力是中小学教师必须具备的能力之一,同时也是衡量全日制教育硕士研究生发展水平的重要维度。通过对S大学2019级和2020级全日制教育硕士研究生进行调查,分析调查所得数据,发现全日制教育硕士研究生教学研究能力存在教学研究意识淡薄、参与教学研究活动较少、运用教育理论的能力不足、理论与实践结合的能力不够等问题。因此,高校应该在引导全日制教育硕士研究生树立教学研究意识、改善激励机制鼓励全日制教育硕士研究生积极参与教学研究、延长学制提升全日制教育硕士研究生的教学研究能力、提高全日制教育硕士研究生导师的指导频率等方面进一步改进,从而提高全日制教育硕士研究生的培养质量。Teaching and research ability is one of the abilities that elementary and middle school teachers must possess,and it is also an important dimension to measure the development level of full-time education masters.This research conducted a survey on S University’s 2019 and 2020 full-time education masters.According to the data obtained,it is found that the teaching and research ability of the full-time master of education has weak teaching and research awareness,less participation in teaching and research activities,insufficient ability to apply educational theory,and insufficient ability to combine theory with practice.Therefore,colleges and universities should guide full-time education.The Master of Education establishes teaching and research awareness,improves the incentive mechanism to encourage students to actively participate in teaching research,extends the academic system,increases the teaching and research time,and increases the frequency of tutors to further improve the teaching and research capabilities of the full-time master of education.
