摘　　要：生物碱是主要来源于植物界的一类天然活性成分,能调节多种代谢酶和转运体的活性。当生物碱类化合物与其他药物联用时,有可能通过影响代谢酶和转运体而与其他药物发生药物相互作用。本文以代谢酶和转运体为切入点,总结了近年来生物碱类成分与药物相互作用的研究进展。Alkaloids are a kind of natural active ingredients mainly from the plant kingdom,which can regulate the activities of metabolic enzymes and transporters.When combined with other drugs,alkaloids may interact with other drugs through metabolic enzymes and transporters.In this paper,the research progress of the interaction between alkaloids and drugs in recent years was summarized based on metabolic enzymes and transporters.
