改良寰枢关节张口位X线摄影方法与常规方法的对照研究

摘　　要：目的通过对抽动障碍患儿寰枢关节张口位摄影方法的改良,提高图像质量。方法对比分析由常规和改良的摄影方法分别采集的60例康复医学科抽动障碍患儿的寰枢关节张口位图像质量,区分为甲级片,非甲级片。结果改良方法组甲级片率(76.67%)优于常规方法组甲级片率(45.00%)。结论抽动障碍患儿进行寰枢关节张口位检查时,建议使用改良后的摄影方法,更加有利于临床进行诊断。Objective To increase the image quality through the improvement of atlantoaxial joint opening in children with tic disorders.Methods The atlantoaxial joint opening image quality of 60 children with tic disorders in the Department of Medicine and Rehabilitation were collected These were compared and analyzed through the conventional and the improved radiography.The images were divided into grade A and non-grade A films.Results The rate of grade A film in the improved method group was 76.67%,better than that in the conventional method group(45.00%).Conclusion It is recommended to use the improved method for the atlantoaxial joint opening examination in children with tic disorders.It is more conducive to clinical diagnosis.
