不同屏气方式在MRI胸部及腹部检查中的差异性研究

摘　　要：目的本研究探讨患者自主屏气、放射技师指导屏气两种不同的屏气方式对MRI成像在肺癌(胸部)及肝癌(腹部)检查中的差异性。方法选择疑似肺癌患者64例(男58例,女6例),采用T1WI-DIXON、T2WI-STIR序列进行MRI扫描,每位患者采用不同的屏气方式各采集一次;选择疑似肝癌患者103例(其中男性患者75例,女性患者28例),采用T1-DIXON、T2WI-DIXON序列进行MRI扫描,每位患者采用不同的屏气方式各采集一次。获得的MRI图像由3位放射医师进行评估,并进行图像评分。结果在胸部检查及腹部检查中,与临床较长使用的放射技师指导屏气相比,患者自主屏气在整体图像质量及呼吸运动伪影方面均未见显著性差异。结论患者自主屏气有可能成为传统放射技师指导屏气的一种替代方式,能够改善患者在MRI检查中的舒适感。Objective To investigate the differences of MRI imaging in lung cancer(chest)and liver cancer(abdomen)by patient patient-initiated breath-holds and radiographer-instructed breath-holds.Methods A total of 64 patients suspected lung cancer(58 male patients and 6 female patients)were included,T1 WI-DIXON and T2 WI-STIR sequences were used for MRI scanning,and each patient was collected by different breath-holding methods.A total of 103 patients(75 males and 28 females)with suspected liver cancer were selected for MRI scanning using T1-DIXON and T2 WI-DIXON sequences,and each patient was collected by different breath-holds methods.The obtained MRI images were evaluated and graded by 3 radiologists.Results In chest examination and abdominal examination,there was no significant difference in overall image quality or respiratory motion artifacts in patients with autonomous breath-holds compared with radiographic-instructed breath-holds,which was used clinically for longer periods.Conclusion Patient-initiated breath-holds become an alternative of traditional radiographers-instructed breath-holds and can make contribution to improve patients comfort in MRI.
