摘  要:细胞凋亡的流式检测是细胞化学研究重要技术手段,然而流式细胞仪属于大型高精密度复杂仪器,高校实验场地局限、仪器缺乏,教学还处于基本理论知识普及和基础操作示教阶段,学生难以达到灵活应用。为此,本文基于虚拟仿真技术,提出细胞凋亡流式检测线上线下混合式教学改革思路。通过开发细胞凋亡流式检测虚拟仿真实验,探索线上虚拟实操,线下重点示教的混合式教学设计,构建双线教学效果评价与质量监控方法,以期提高学生的自主学习能力和综合运用能力,促进细胞化学实验多形式教学内涵建设,彰显“互联网+教学”优势。Flow cytometry detection of cell apoptosis is an important technique in cytochemistry research.However,the flow cytometer is a large and complex instrument with high precision and is limited in a few university laboratories,therefore the teaching of flow cytometry is still limited in a stage of popularizing the basic theoretical knowledge and operation stream,making it difficult for students to achieve flexible application.This paper put forward an online and offline mixed teaching reform of apoptosis detection by flow cytometry based on the virtual simulation technology.The online virtual simulation experiment of cell apoptosis detection was developed and was mixed with the offline key point teaching.and a double-line teaching effect evaluation and quality control method was also established.All the improvements were designed to enhance students’autonomous learning ability and comprehensive application ability,promote the construction of multiform teaching of cytochemistry experiment,and highlight the advantage of“Internet plus Teaching”.
