摘　　要：采用充气方法生产的干式并带套管,需对设备进行改造,增加充气装置、并带润滑装置、芳纶放线机、张力分割轮等设备,通过调整 干式并带套管的余长和尺寸解决套管中出现的角纤受力衰减超标等问题,保证了成品的光学特性、高低温性能和机械性能。The production line needs to be modified for the dry ribbon tube manufacturing by air charging.It contains inflator,ribbon lubricating device,aramid fiber pay-off machine and tension splitting wheel.Due to the effect of the force on the corner optical fibers,the attenuation of optical fiber was out of specification.The problem has been solved by changing the excess length and size of dry ribbon tube,The optical properties,temperature properties and mechanical properties of the optical cable are guaranteed.
