摘　　要：光纤折射率和内应力是影响光纤性能的两个重要因素,在实际的测量中,聚焦准确性、噪声等因素会对测量的准确性造成影响,本文分析了影响光纤折射率和内应力测量的几个因素,并提出了改善测试准确性的方法。The refractive index and internal stress of optical fiber are two important factors affecting the performance of optical fiber.In the actual measurement,focusing accuracy,noise and other factors will affect the measurement accuracy.This paper analyzes several factors affecting the measurement of optical fiber refractive index and internal stress,and puts forward the methods to improve the measurement accuracy.
