城镇历史景观视角下巴蜀传统场镇文化景观的保护与发展策略——以四川元通古镇为例

摘　　要：传统场镇是巴蜀地区代表性的农村人居聚落,乡土文化资源的丰富积淀使其成为宝贵的地域遗产,对其进行有效保护利用将有利于地区高质量的城镇化建设发展。"城镇历史景观"是较传统历史保护区更为系统的新型保护概念,强调历史城镇作为整体性文化景观遗产的平衡联动发展。在此理论视角下,本文对巴蜀传统场镇的遗产价值进行统筹梳理,建立"价值认知—保护利用"的遗产价值释放概念框架,包括研究学习、规划组织、活化更新的完整三阶段过程;并以四川元通古镇为例进行研究探讨,以期为传统历史村镇的保护发展提供参考借鉴。Traditional towns are representative rural settlements in Bashu area.The rich accumulation of cultural resources makes them valuable heritage.Effective protection and utilization will benefit the high-quality urbanization."Urban Historical Landscape"is a new protection concept that is more systematic,emphasizing the balanced and linked development of historical towns as a whole.With this perspective,the article comprehensively sorts out the heritage value,and establishes a conceptual framework from value cognition to protection and utilization,including a complete three-stage process.Taking Yuantong as an example for research,hoping to provide reference for the protection of traditional historical villages and towns.
