中老年女性良性阵发性位置性眩晕与血清性激素及25-羟胆钙化醇水平的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探究良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者血清性激素及25-羟胆钙化醇水平变化。方法将102例受试者分为对照组和研究组,对照组(n=52)为非眩晕健康受试者,研究组(n=50)为良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者。比较两组患者的黄体生成素、血清雌二醇、黄体酮、25-羟胆钙化醇及促卵泡激素水平;并对年龄和雌二醇、25-羟胆钙化醇和雌二醇之间的关系进行分析;利用单因素与多因素逐步法Logistic回归分析筛查疾病危险因素。结果研究组雌二醇、25-羟胆钙化醇水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组黄体生成素、黄体酮及促卵泡激素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组的雌二醇、25-羟胆钙化醇无关联性;对照组年龄、雌二醇之间存在着负相关(P<0.05),但研究组显示两者无相关性(P>0.05);25-羟胆钙化醇与雌二醇水平下降是良性阵发性位置性眩晕的危险因素。结论 25-羟胆钙化醇、雌二醇水平下降可能是患有良性阵发性位置性眩晕的危险因素。Objective To investigate the changes of serum sex hormones and 25-hydroxycholecalciferol levels in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Methods 102 subjects were divided into a control group and a study group. The control group(n=52) were non-vertigo healthy subjects, and the study group(n=50) were patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Compare the levels of luteinizing hormone, serum estradiol, progesterone, 25-hydroxycholecalciferol and follicle-stimulating hormone between the two groups of patients;and examine the relationship between age and estradiol, 25-hydroxycholecalciferol and estradiol Perform analysis;use single factor and multiple factor stepwise logistic regression analysis to screen disease risk factors. Results The levels of estradiol and 25-hydroxycholecalciferol in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone, progesterone and follicle stimulating hormone between the two groups(P>0.05));There is no correlation between estradiol and 25-hydroxycholecalciferol in the two groups;there is a negative correlation between age and estradiol in the control group(P<0.05), but the study group shows no correlation between the two(P>0.05);Decreased levels of 25-hydroxycholecalciferol and estradiol are risk factors for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Conclusions Decreased levels of 25-hydroxycholecalciferol and estradiol may be risk factors for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.
