摘  要:为了研究A7N01S铝合金型材组织与应力腐蚀行为之间的关系,对合金成分与初始组织稍有差异的进口和国产A7N01S铝合金型材开展研究。在浓度3.5%(质量分数)的NaCl水溶液中进行恒载荷应力腐蚀试验,采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜对试样的组织和性能进行检测和研究分析。结果表明:应力腐蚀后,在试样表面形成了不同大小的腐蚀坑,并且两种型材的力学性能均有降低;粗晶环和晶内析出相对A7N01S铝合金型材性能有较大影响;粗晶环降低了合金型材的塑性和抗应力腐蚀能力;当析出相较大且不连续分布时合金型材具有更好的塑性和抗应力腐蚀性能。To study the relationship between microstructure and stress corrosion behavior of A7N01S aluminum alloy profile,the imported and domestic A7N01S aluminum alloy profile with slightly different composition and initial microstructure were studied.A constant load stress corrosion test was taken in the 3.5wt%NaCl solution.The microstructure and properties were tested,studied and analyzed by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy.The results show that after the stress corrosion,corroded pits with different sizes are formed on the surface of the alloy,and the mechanical strength of alloys decreases.The properties of A7N01S aluminum alloy are greatly influenced by the coarse grain ring and intracrystalline precipitation phases.The coarse grain leads to the decrease of plasticity and stress corrosion resistance.The large and discontinuous precipitates can improve plasticity and stress corrosion resistance of alloys.
