摘  要:采用光电直读光谱法检测铝合金化学成分时,为保证数据的准确性,检测过程中异常数据的判断与处理尤为重要。检测过程出现检测数据异常时首先检查激发点,异常激发点可通过制样、氩气纯度、气流量、样品缺陷等方面查找异常原因并处理;还可从样品、标样、工作曲线几个方面查找异常原因并处理。In order to ensure the accuracy of the data,it is very important to judge and deal with the abnormal condition during the detection of aluminum alloy by photoelectric direct-reading spectroscopy.When abnormal test data occurs in the detection process,the excitation point should be checked first.The abnormal excitation point can be found,attributed and processed from the aspects of sample preparation,argon purity,gas flow rate and sample defects.In addition,abnormal causes can be found and dealt with from the aspects of sample,standard sample and working curve.
