元宝草的化学成分、药理作用研究进展和质量标志物分析预测

摘　　要：本文在综述了元宝草化学成分和药理作用的基础上,从植物亲缘关系及化学成分、传统功效、传统药性、新的药效、成分可测性的角度对元宝草质量标志物(Q-marker)进行分析预测,建议将黄酮类、呫吨酮、多环多异戊烯基间苯三酚衍生物作为元宝草总成分类Q-marker的备选物质,把金丝桃素、金丝桃苷作为元宝草单一成分类Q-marker备选物质。本文通过确定元宝草Q-marker筛选的备选物质,以期为解决元宝草质量问题、建立更加科学的质量评价体系和制定高水平的质量标准提供参考。By reviewing the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Hypericum sampsonii,this study predicted and analyzed its quality markers(Q-marker)from the aspects of chemical components,traditional function,traditional herbal feature,new drug effect and component prediction,it is recommended to take flavonoids,xanthones and polycyclic polyprenylated acylphoroglucinols(PPAPs)as the general candidates substance of Q-markers in Hypericum sampsonii,whereas Hypericin and hyperoside as the single candidate substance.It hopes to provide references for solving the quality problems,establishing a more scientific quality evaluation system and formulating high-level quality standards of Hypericum sampsonii by identifying the candidate substances of Q-marker in Hypericum sampsonii.
