中医特色疗法治疗药物性鼻炎临床经验

摘　　要：药物性鼻炎因治疗方法有限且创伤性大、患者对治疗依从性差、预后不佳而困扰临床医生及患者。孙书臣教授应用中医特色疗法,从根本上提高患者对疾病的认识,增强战胜疾病的信心,引导患者参与治疗该疾病过程中,对致病药物停药并进行自我监管,采用内服加外治相结合的治疗方式,选方用药上谨遵鼻窒的病机特点,以活血化瘀通窍为基本治则,重视中药挥发油的应用,改善鼻腔局部环境,减少分泌物的产生并促进其排出,从而缓解鼻塞,有效治疗该疾病并避免其复发。Due to the limited treatment methods and poor compliance,rhinitis medicamentosa has been troubling clinicians and patients in clinical practice.Professor SUN Shuchen applied characteristic therapy of TCM to effectively treat the disease by fundamentally improving patients'awareness of diseases,to guide patients to participate in the process of treatment and carry out self-regulation on the withdrawal of pathogenic drugs.The combination of internal and external treatment was adopted.The basic principle of treatment was promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis and dredging orifices.This method can improve the environment of nasal cavity,reduce the production of secretion and promote its discharge,so as to relieve nasal congestion and effectively treat the disease and avoid its recurrence.
