摘　　要：本文总结了目前研究中常用的高血压疾病动物模型,以及在此基础上开展的符合中医证型的高血压病证结合的动物模型。自发性高血压大鼠模型与肾性高血压大鼠模型是目前研究最多的疾病模型,其在中医药研究中的应用十分广泛。但由于中医证型的特殊性和疾病病机的演化,使得常用的高血压疾病动物模型还难以满足中医辨证论治高血压病的基础与临床研究。This study summarized the common animal models of hypertension in the current researches,and on this basis,the animal models of hypertension combined with TCM syndrome types were developed.Spontaneous hypertension rat model and renal hypertension rat model are currently the most disease models being studied,which are widely used in TCM researches.However,due to the particularity of TCM syndrome and the evolution of disease pathogenesis,the commonly used animal models of hypertension are difficult to meet the basic and clinical researches of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for hypertension.
