摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)作为一种慢性风湿免疫性疾病需要长期用药,糖皮质激素目前仍是SLE的一线基础用药,其强大的免疫抑制作用有利于缓解病情,但长期或过量使用会产生诸多副作用。中医“整体观念”及“辨证论治”的治疗原则使其在SLE的治疗中有着独特优势,尤其是在减轻糖皮质激素易造成感染、骨质疏松、心理障碍等副作用的同时,协助糖皮质激素缓解SLE患者症状、改善实验室指标,“扶正祛邪”的理念得到多项临床研究结果支持。中西结合治疗可加快SLE患者的激素撤减,提高生活质量,比单纯使用糖皮质激素获益更大。Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)requires long-term medication as a chronic rheumatic immune disease.Glucocorticoid is still the first-line medication of SLE,and its strong immunosuppressive effect is beneficial to alleviate the disease,but long-term or excessive use will lead to many side effects.As the the treatment principles of TCM,‘holism’and‘treatment based on syndrome differentiation’make it have unique advantages in the treatment of SLE.Through integrated analysis,it is found that TCM can alleviate the side effects,such as infection,osteoporosis and psychological disorders,caused by glucocorticoids.At the same time,it helps glucocorticoids to alleviate the symptoms of SLE and improve laboratory indicators.The concept of‘strengthening viatl-qi to eliminate evil-qi’is supported by many clinical research results.The combination of TCM and western medical treatments can speed up the hormone withdrawal and improve the quality of life in SLE patients,which is more beneficial than glucocorticoids alone.
