摘　　要：白术具有补脾健胃、燥湿利水等功效,本文检索最近10年有关白术的文献报道,系统分析白术及其有效成分的药理作用。白术及其有效成分具有调节免疫、改善胃肠道功能、调节肠道菌群、促进肠道黏膜溃疡和伤口愈合、抗癌、保护神经、抗炎、抑菌、改善糖代谢等多重药理作用,对免疫力低下、慢性胃炎、腹泻、癌症、焦虑、脑缺血、抑郁、细菌感染、炎症、糖尿病、类风湿关节炎等疾病具有潜在的治疗作用。本研究为临床用药和相关基础研究提供了文献依据和理论支持。Atractylodes macrocephala has the functions of invigorating Spleen and Stomach,drying dampness and promoting diuresis.This study retrieved the literature reports of Atractylodes macrocephala in the last 10 years,and systematically analyzed the pharmacological effects of Atractylodes macrocephala and its active ingredients.Atractylodes macrocephala and its active ingredients have multiple pharmacological effects,such as regulating immunity,improving gastrointestinal function,regulating intestinal flora,promoting healing of intestinal mucosal ulcer and wound,anti-cancer,neuroprotection,anti-inflammation,antibacteria and improving glucose metabolism.It has a potential therapeutic effect on diseases,such as low immunity,chronic gastritis,diarrhea,cancer,anxiety,cerebral ischemia,depression,bacterial infection,inflammation,diabetes,rheumatoid arthritis and so on.This study provided literature and theoretical support for clinical medication of Atractylodes macrocephala and related basic research.
