摘 要:针对钢-UHPC组合梁斜拉桥设计过程中桥面板裂缝宽度计算缺乏依据的问题,开展了理论与试验研究。理论计算发现:在最大拉应力相同的条件下,UHPC桥面板轴拉受力状态的裂缝宽度为纯弯受力状态裂缝宽的7.8倍,揭示了常规采用纯弯板试验的名义应力来衡量桥面板抗裂性能偏不安全的问题。提出了组合应力裂缝宽度的计算方法:考虑截面与材料的非线性,推导了桥面板受压区高度与曲率的计算公式,根据法国规范(NFP 18-71016 April 2016),得到了裂缝宽度计算方法。并开展了UHPC桥面板开裂试验,试验结果与计算值吻合较好,验证了计算结果的准确性,为钢-UHPC组合梁桥面板裂缝宽度计算提供了一种实用的方法。In order to solve the problem that calculation of the crack width of steel-UHPC composite beam cable-stayed bridge is lack of basis in the design process,theoretical and experimental studies were carried out.It is found that the width of crack under axial tension is 7.8 times larger than that under pure bending stress under the same tensile stress,it is revealed that it is not safe to use the stress of pure bending plate test to evaluate the crack resistance of bridge panel.The calculation method of Combined Stress Crack Width is presented Considering the nonlinearity of section and material,the calculation formula of the height and curvature of the bridge panel under compression is derived.The cracking test of UHPC bridge panel was carried out,and the test results are in good agreement with the calculated values,which verifies the accuracy of the calculated results.Thus,a practical method is provided for calculating the crack width of steel-UHPC composite beam panel.
