摘 要:为解决冬季道路积雪结冰的安全问题,以石墨烯-碳纤维作为导电相材料制备导电沥青混凝土,优选导电材料,并对其路用性能进行了研究。结果表明:在车辙板中掺入石墨烯和碳纤维可以明显降低其电阻率,且在石墨烯掺量为沥青质量的0.5%、碳纤维掺量为集料质量的0.4%时,电阻率下降明显,导电效果良好;石墨烯-碳纤维能明显增加导电混凝土的动稳定度和最大弯曲应变、抗弯拉强度,提高其高温性能和低温性能;石墨烯-碳纤维可以小幅度增强导电沥青混凝土的冻融劈裂强度,提高其水稳性能。In order to solve the safety problem of road snow icing in winter,conductive asphalt concrete was prepared by using graphene-carbon fiber as conductive phase material,and its electrical conductivity and road performance were studied.The results show that graphene and carbon fiber can obviously reduce the resistance of the switch board,and when the graphene content is 0.5%and the carbon fiber content is 0.4%,the resistance decreases obviously and the conductive effect is good.Graphene-carbon fiber can obviously increase the dynamic stability and maximum bending strain,bending tensile strength of conductive concrete,and improve its high temperature and low temperature properties,and the results show that graphene-carbon fiber can obviously increase the dynamic stability and maximum bending strain of conductive concrete,and improve its high temperature and low temperature properties when graphene content is 0.5%and carbon fiber content is 0.4%.Graphene-carbon fiber can enhance conductive asphalt to a small extent.The freeze-thaw splitting strength of concrete and improve its water stability.
