摘　　要：近几年,“一带一路”国际化背景下对物流人才在国际物流的技能与组织能力等方面提出了新要求和新挑战。新疆作为“一带一路”的核心区,培养能从事国际物流业务管理的物流人才势在必行。文章围绕新疆财经大学国际物流方向人才培养的核心课程《国际物流概论》,从教学内容体系、教学方法、实践教学三方面进行改革创新。教学内容方面对课程内容进行了具体的模块化划分;教学方法方面构建了改进型翻转课堂的《国际物流概论》教学模式;实践教学方面提出游戏化情景模拟、案例教学与软件任务驱动相结合。力图通过《国际物流概论》课程教学改革为培养“一带一路”建设需要的国际物流人才发挥作用。In recent years,under the background of“one belt one road”internationalization,new requirements and new challenges have been put forward for logistics talents in terms of international logistics skills and organizational capabilities.As Xinjiang is the core area of the“one belt one road”,it is imperative to train logistics talents who can engage in international logistics business management.The article revolves around the core course“introduction to international logistics”,which is the core course of Xinjiang University of Finance and Economics in the direction of international logistics.In terms of teaching content,the curriculum content is divided into specific modules;in terms of teaching methods,an improved flipped classroom“introduction to international logistics”teaching mode is constructed;in terms of practical teaching,the combination of gamification scenario simulation and software task driving is proposed.Strive to play a role in cultivating international logistics talents needed for the construction of the“one belt one road”through the teaching reform of the“introduction to international logistics”course.
