经直肠超声导入前列腺治疗仪联合前列通瘀汤治疗Ⅲb型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨经直肠超声导入前列腺治疗仪联合前列通瘀汤治疗Ⅲb型慢性前列腺炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取2016年7月至2020年8月在陕西中医药大学附属医院泌尿科治疗的Ⅲb型慢性前列腺炎患者124例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为研究组(n=62)和对照组(n=62),对照组予以前列通瘀汤治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合直肠超声导入前列腺治疗仪治疗,对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、前列腺炎症状评分、炎性因子水平、排尿症状、疼痛等指标。结果研究组的总疗效显著提高(P<0.05);两组患者的NIH-CPSI评分及排尿、疼痛等情况均显著改善(P<0.05),且研究组改善更显著(P<0.05);两组患者IL-1β、IL-8等炎症因子水平显著下降(P<0.05),且研究组下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论经直肠超声导入前列腺治疗仪联合前列通瘀汤治疗Ⅲb型慢性前列腺炎的临床治疗效果显著,治疗后患者的NIH-CPSI评分及各评价指标均显著改善。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of transrectal ultrasound guided prostate therapeutic apparatus combined with Qianlietongyu Decoction in the treatment of typeⅢb chronic prostatitis.Methods From January 2016 to August 2020,124 patientswith typeⅢb chronic prostatitis treated in the Department of Urology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the study group(n=62)and the control group(n=62).The control group was treated with Qianlietongyu Decoction,and the study group was treated with rectal ultrasound into the prostate treatment instrument on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment,prostatitis symptom score,inflammatory factor level,urination symptoms,pain,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results Combined with transrectal ultrasound guided prostate therapeutic instrument,the overall treatment effect of the study group was significantly improved(P<0.05);the NIH-CPSI score,urination,pain and other conditions of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the study group was more significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and other inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease was more significant in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transrectal ultrasound guided prostate therapeutic apparatus combined with Qianlietongyu Decoction in the treatment of typeⅢb chronic prostatitis has significant clinical therapeutic effect.After treatment,NIH-CPSI score,pain,dysuria,impact on life and inflammatory factors were significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
