摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央把“以人民为中心”作为党内政治文化建设的价值取向,坚持以马克思主义中国化最新理论成果为指导,牢牢把握党内政治文化建设的正确方向;坚持继承创新开放相结合,不断丰富党内政治文化的内涵;坚持多管齐下、协同推进,不断提升党内政治文化建设水平;坚持弘扬自我革命精神和斗争精神,努力营造新时代党内政治文化建设良好环境;坚持思想建党和制度治党紧密结合,为党内政治文化建设提供价值载体和制度保障,有力地推进了党内政治文化的健康快速持久发展,为新时代不断取得新的伟大胜利提供了强大的精神动力。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core has taken“people-centered”as the value orientation for building intra-party political culture,adhered to the guidance of the latest theoretical achievements of sinicized Marxism,and firmly grasped the correct direction of building intra-party political culture;kept on combining inheritance,innovation and opening-up to continuously enrich the political culture within the Party;kept on improving intra-party political culture through a multi-pronged and coordinated approach to continuously improve the level of building intra-party political culture;kept on promoting the spirit of self-revolution and struggle,and strive to create a favorable environment for building intra-party political culture in the new era;and kept on combining the ideology-based party building and institution-based party governance,so as to provide value carrier and institutional guarantee for building intra-party political culture.These measures have vigorously promoted the healthy,rapid and lasting development of intra-party political culture,and provided a powerful spiritual impetus for the continuous achievement of new great victories in the new era.
