摘  要:为了探究绿化对城市土壤质量的影响,以种植年限为0、3、6和10 a的西安市绿化土壤为研究对象,测定不同年限0~20 cm和20~40 cm土壤中>5 mm、2~5 mm、1~2 mm、0.5~1.0 mm、0.25~0.50 mm和<0.25 mm粒级团聚体的稳定性,并检测土壤总有机碳(TOC)、可溶性有机碳(WSOC)、易氧化有机碳(EOOC)和微生物生物量碳(MBC)的含量.结果表明,西安市城市绿化土壤主要以>2 mm和<0.25 mm粒级团聚体为主.随着种植年限延长,绿化土壤中>2 mm粒级团聚体数量、平均质量直径(MWD)和平均几何直径(GMD)均表现为先升高后降低的趋势,而<1 mm粒级团聚体数量则先降低后升高(以种植年限6 a为界限),且0~20 cm土层的变化幅度略高于20~40 cm土层的变化幅度.随着种植年限延长,绿化土壤及各粒级团聚体的TOC、WSOC、EOOC和MBC含量均表现为先升高后降低的趋势.随着土层加深或团聚体粒级增大,TOC、WSOC、EOOC和MBC含量均呈现逐渐降低的趋势.随着种植年限延长,城市绿化土壤>2 mm粒级团聚体有机碳的贡献率呈现先升高后降低的规律,而<0.25 mm粒级团聚体有机碳的贡献率变化则相反(以种植年限6 a为界限).In order to explore the effects of urban greening on urban soil quality,the urban soil in Xi′an City with planting years of 0,3,6 and 10 years was selected as experimental object.The stability of soil aggregates and the content of total organic carbon(TOC),soluble organic carbon(WSOC),easily oxidized organic carbon(EOOC)and microbial biomass carbon(MBC)in>5mm,2-5mm,1-2 mm,0.5-1.0 mm,0.25-0.50 mm and<0.25 mm particle-size aggregates of 0-20 cm and 20-40 cm layer soil were measured respectively.The results showed that the soil aggregates in Xi′an urban greening soil were mainly composed with>2mmand<0.25mmparticle-size aggregates.With the increase of planting age,the number of>2 mm particle-size aggregates,the average mass diameter(MWD)and average geometric diameter(GMD)of greening soil increased firstly and then decreased,while the number of<1 mm particle-size aggregates had the opposite change law(the planting age of 6 years was the boundary).Besides,the range of aggregates stability change of 0-20 cm soil layer was slightly higher than that of 20-40 cm.With the increase of planting age,the content of TOC,WSOC,EOOC and MBC in greening soil and all particle-size aggregates increased firstly and then decreased.The content of TOC,WSOC,EOOC and MBC gradually decreased with the depth of soil layer or increase of aggregate size.With the increase of planting age,the contribution rate of>2 mm particlesize aggregates to soil organic carbon increased firstly and then decreased,while the number of<0.25 mm particle-size aggregates had the opposite change law(the planting age of 6 years was the boundary).
