摘  要:针对某船用低速机电控喷油器在配机过程中出现的缸温高和积碳问题,基于单次喷射仪和高速摄影试验进行原因分析,分解出喷油速率、喷嘴容积、针阀偶件滑动性三个改善目标,并做出FAST和非FAST结构两个方向的改进措施,试验结果表明,通过提升喷油速率、减小喷嘴容积和改善针阀偶件滑动性,喷油器的平均喷射速率和喷射流量得到提升,针阀关闭延迟缩短,避免了喷雾末期的雾化不良,可使燃烧更充分,有效解决缸温高和积碳问题。To solve the problems of high temperature in cylinder and carbon deposition of a marine low-speed common rail injector during the matching process,based on a single injection instrument and high-speed photography test,three improvement targets were identified,namely injection rate,nozzle volume and sliding property of needle valve couple.Two improvement measures of FAST and non-FAST structure direction were made.The test results show that,by increasing the injection rate,reducing the nozzle volume and improving the sliding property of the needle valve couple,the average injection rate and the injection flow rate of the injector are increased and the closing delay of the needle valve is shortened.It avoids the poor atomization at the end of the spray,and the combustion is more sufficient,which effectively solve the former two problems.
