摘　　要：某型柴油机试验时发现A列排温偏差高报警,手动紧急停车后发现连杆击破曲轴箱检查门飞出机身,连杆螺栓断裂,连杆瓦及曲柄销严重受损,活塞裙断裂等故障,经过原因排查和分析,排除零部件制造及装配原因,不排除柴油机异常运行原因导致连杆螺母松退、连杆螺栓断裂及次生损坏。During the test of a certain type of diesel engine,it was found that the exhaust temperature deviation of a row was high and the alarm was detected.After a manual emergency stop,it was found that the connecting rod broke the crankcase inspection door and flew out of the fuselage.The connecting rod bolts were broken,the connecting rod bushes and crank pins were severely damaged,and the piston skirt was broken.After troubleshooting and analysis of the cause,the reasons for component manufacturing and assembly are eliminated.The abnormal operation of the diesel engine causes the loosening of the connecting rod nut,the fracture of the connecting rod bolt and the secondary damage.
