摘　　要：介绍了为某公司改进设计的一款商用车变速器油泵,解决了多次出现的泵体衬套松脱、胶合与异常磨损现象。其中对衬套部位的设计结构和发生质量事故的原因进行分析、诊断,确定了衬套结构改进方向与润滑理论依据,最终获得了良好的改进效果。This paper introduces a commercial vehicle transmission oil pump improved for a company,which solves the problems of pump body bushing loosening,gluing and abnormal wear.The design structure of the bushing and the causes of quality accidents are analyzed and diagnosed,and the improvement direction of the bushing structure and the theoretical basis of lubrication are determined.Finally,a good improvement effect is obtained.
