笼养肉种鸡移液枪输精的效果评价

摘　　要：笼养肉种鸡常采用人工授精方式对开产母鸡进行授精,大多数种鸡公司采用胶头滴管的方式进行人工授精。人工授精的方式也随着笼养肉种鸡集约化发展发生改变,本试验通过移液枪人工授精和胶头滴管人工授精两种方式的对比试验对授精效果进行评价。结果表明:移液枪人工输精比采用胶头滴管授精的母鸡只均累计受精蛋数提高6.81枚,受精率提高3.77%,差异显著(P<0.05);同时移液枪人工输精方式对只均累计产蛋数、种蛋数、受精蛋孵化率以及健雏率均有一定提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。Cage broiler breeders often use artificial insemination method to inseminate the laying hens.Most breeder companies use the way of rubber dropper for artificial insemination.The way of artificial insemination has also changed with the intensive development of broiler breeders in cages.This experiment evaluated the effect of artificial insemination by comparing the two ways of artificial insemination with pipette and rubber dropper.The results showed that the total number of fertilized eggs increased by 6.81 and the fertilization rate increased by 3.77%compared with those of the hens who were inseminated with gutta percha;At the same time,artificial insemination with pipette gun increased the cumulative number of eggs,the number of breeding eggs,the hatching rate of fertilized eggs and the rate of Healthy Chicks,but the difference was not significant.
