摘 要:在制药学领域,大多数药物的口服生物可利用度和疗效由于不理想的溶解度和溶解速率而受到限制,因此针对一些水溶性较差的活性药物成分,其关注点是改变它们的物理化学性质,从而提高其生物可利用度和相应的疗效。药物共晶作为一种改变活性药物成分物理化学性质(如结晶度、吸湿性、溶解度、稳定性和力学性质)的可行策略,越来越受到人们的青睐。In the pharmaceutical field,theorally bioavailability of most drugs are restricted because of unsatisfactory solubility and dissolution rate,so for some poorly water-soluble active pharmaceutical ingredients,they focus on changing their physical and chemical properties to improve their biological availability and corresponding effect.Pharmaceutical cocrystals are regarded as the feasiblestrategy of changing chemical and physical properties of activepharma ceutical ingredients(such as crystallinity,hygroscopicity,solubility,stability and mechanical properties),thus more and more people pay attention to them.
