摘 要:利用紫外-可见分光光度法探讨曲克芦丁与Cu^(2+)配位反应的影响因素,包括曲克芦丁与金属Cu^(2+)的物质的量比、溶液pH、反应温度和反应时间;利用傅利叶红外光谱仪研究曲克芦丁配位前后的光谱变化。结果表明,55℃条件下,在pH 8.00的缓冲体系中曲克芦丁与Cu^(2+)物质的量比为2.0:1时反应4 h,光谱发生红移,表明发生了配位反应。The factors affecting the coordination reaction of troxrutin with Cu^(2+)were studied by UV spectrophotometry.The molar ratio of trixorutin to metal Cu^(2+),pH value of solution,reaction temperature and reaction time were included.The spectral changes of troxrutin before and after coordination were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer.Experimental results showed that when the molar ratio of trixorutin to Cu^(2+)was 2.0:1 in the buffer system at 55℃and pH 8.00 for 4 h,the red shift of the spectrum was observed,indicating that the coordination reaction occurred.
