摘　　要：通过分析传统水熄焦装置的缺点,优化设计了新型的实验室水熄焦装置,本文简单介绍了装置的结构及其优点。本装置通过在原本的熄焦装置中增加震动装置,计算机控制系统,以及改变喷淋系统传统的一股式出水方式等。装置具有能使焦炭能够均匀熄焦,严格控制出水量和出水时间的优点。因此大大提高了熄焦效果,为后续焦炭的准确测量打下基础,同时减少废气和废水的排放。By analyzing the shortcomings of the traditional water quenching device,a new type of laboratory water quenching devicewas optimized.The structure and advantages of the device were briefly introduced.This device added a vibration device,a computer control system to the original quenching device,and changed the traditional one-stream water outlet method of the spray system.The device had the advantages that the coke can be quenched uniformly,and the water output and the water output time were strictly controlled.Therefore,the quenching effect was greatly improved,which laid the foundation for the subsequent accurate measurement of coke,and at the same time reduced the emission of waste gas and wastewater.
