摘 要:针对稀土钇矿原地浸矿工艺对农田土壤环境的影响,采用自然土壤法研究了稀土钇和硫酸铵(浸矿剂)污染对蚯蚓的急性毒性效应。结果表明:稀土钇及硫酸铵单一染毒均为低毒性,14 d对蚯蚓的LC 50值分别为1216.57 mg/kg、4293.53 mg/kg;在硫酸铵浓度高于4400 mg/kg的条件下,稀土钇毒性明显增加并产生协同作用;于食物链底端的蚯蚓对稀土钇具有富集性,可能造成食物链的逐级富集。In order to reveal the influence of in-situ leaching of rare earth yttrium ore on farmland soil environment,the acute toxic effects of rare earth yttrium and ammonium sulfate(leaching agent)pollution on earthworms were studied by natural soil method.The results showed that the toxicity of only rare earth yttrium or ammonium sulfate was low.The LC 50 values of rare earth yttrium and ammonium sulfate in 14 days were 1216.57 mg/kg and 4293.53 mg/kg,respectively,for earthworms.When the concentration of ammonium sulfate was higher than 4400 mg/kg,the toxicity of rare earth yttrium increased significantly and had a synergistic effect.Earthworms at the bottom of the food chain accumulated rare earth yttrium and might cause the gradual enrichment along the food chain.
