摘　　要：干熄焦提升机是钢铁冶炼流程中不可或缺的链条,一旦停止运动会造成焦化生产转入湿熄焦状态,给高炉的正常生产带来波动。本文基于安徽皖西钢城干熄焦提升机正常生产中突然停止运动故障进行了分析,结合30年冶金生产维护中遇到的类似故障,给出了排查方向和解决故障的3条措施。Coke dry quenching hoist is an indispensable chain in iron and steel smelting process.Once the movement stops,coking production will turn into wet quenching state,which will bring fluctuation to the normal production of blast furnace.In this paper,based on the failure of sudden stop of CDQ hoist in normal production in Wanxi Steel City,Anhui Province,combined with the similar failures encountered in metallurgical production and maintenanee for 30 years,three troubleshooting directions and measures are given.
