摘  要:青钱柳多糖具有降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、免疫调节等多种生理活性,是青钱柳的主要活性成分之一,在大健康食品及医药领域具有较大的应用潜力。文章对现阶段青钱柳多糖提取、脱色、脱蛋白、纯化等研究成果进行综述,为其提取分离与开发应用提供参考。Polysaccharide from Cyclocaryapaliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaja has a variety of physiological activities,such as hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,antioxidant,immune regulation and other physiological activities.It is one of the key active components of Cyclocaryapaliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaja,which has a strong application potential in the field of health food and medicine.In this paper,the extraction,decolorization,deproteinization and purification of polysaccharide from Cyclocaryapaliurus(Batal.)Iljinskaja were reviewed to provide reference for its extraction,separation,development and application.
