摘　　要：[目的]评估新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对我国成年学生健康的影响。[方法]通过方便抽样方法,在微信群中匿名调查成年学生的个人基本信息、健康状况和疫情对健康的影响等,应用描述性统计、卡方分析和多元logistic回归分析方法。[结果]被调查941名18岁以上学生中,以大专/本科学生为主(86.2%),8.3%对自己健康不满意,疫情使得12.3%(可信区间10.2%~14.4%)的学生健康变差。多因素分析显示:有焦虑和抑郁的学生健康变差的可能性高(OR=3.01,95%CI=1.99~4.54);健康状况越差的学生,健康变差的可能性越大;周围疫情越严重,学生健康变差的比例越大(OR=2.15,95%CI=1.10~4.21)。[结论]疫情对成年学生的健康造成显著影响,且影响程度与周围疫情严重程度相关,学生的自身健康水平和焦虑抑郁情况是健康变化的影响因素。Objective To evaluate the impact of COVID-19 outbreak to health of adult students in China.Methods It anonymously investigated basic personal information,health status and the impact of adult students in WeChat group through convenience sampling method,and used descriptive statistics,chi-square analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis.Results Among 941 students aged over 18 years old,86.2%of them were junior college or undergraduate students.8.3%students were not satisfied with their health,and 12.3%(CI=10.2%~14.4%)of the students reported that the pandemic had made their health worse.The multivariate analysis showed that high possibility and worse health would happened in adult students with anxiety and depression in the outbreak(OR=3.01,95%CI=1.99~4.54).The lower level of their health was the higher possibility of worse healthy was in the outbreak;The more seriousness of the outbreak around was the higher proportion of worse healthy of students was(OR=2.15,95%CI=1.10~4.21).Conclusions The COVID-19 outbreak brings obvious significance to the health of adult students,and the impact degree is related to the severity of the outbreak.The students self-health level,anxiety and depression are the influence factors of their health change.
