摘  要:本文对墙壁开关按钮和过渡件与其邻近结构的接触间隙对按钮脱扣力的影响进行了研究,首先使用FEA软件对按钮脱扣力进行分析,并进行试验对标。然后对比开关按钮和过渡件与其邻近结构的不同接触间隙下的按钮脱扣力,判断哪些接触间隙是高敏感影响因素。最后对这些高敏感影响的接触间隙提出优化意见。In this article a research was given to the switch to study the effects of gaps between the button,swing and the other parts on the button trip force.Firstly,the trip force of the button was analyzed with FEA software and the FEA results were confirmed by the test.Then we compared the button trip forces of switches with different gaps between the button,swing and the other parts.And we identified which was the high sensitive gap.Finally some optimization suggestions about the high sensitive gap were given.
