32例犬皮肤大面积缺损感染的回顾性分析

摘　　要：笔者对黑龙江省大庆市黑龙江八一农垦大学动物医院2018年1月-2020年11月收治的32例犬皮肤大面积缺损病例进行整理和分析,调查患犬皮肤缺损程度、皮肤缺损位置、发生季节以及是否伴有骨折和脏器破裂等情况,并系统梳理犬皮肤大面积缺损的诊治和处理方法,以期对兽医临床工作者有所帮助。结果显示,犬皮肤大面积缺损在春季和夏季高发,破损位置主要集中在腹部,有10例患犬伴有脏器破裂,8例患犬伴发骨折。采取皮瓣原位缝合和异位植皮方法进行手术治疗效果良好,但需严格控制伤口感染。The author sorted out and analyzed 32 cases of large canine skin defects admitted to the Animal Hospital of Heilongjiang Bayi Land Reclamation University in Daqing City,Heilongjiang Province from January 2018 to November 2020.Investigate the extent of the skin defect,the location of the skin defect,the season of occurrence,and whether it is accompanied by fractures and organ ruptures,and systematically comb the diagnosis,treatment and treatment methods of large-scale skin defects in dogs,hoping to help veterinary clinicians.The results showed that large-scale skin defects in dogs occurred frequently in spring and summer,and the damage was mainly in the concentrated abdomen.There were 10 cases of dogs with rupture of organs,and 8 cases of dogs with fractures.In the operation,the skin flaps were sutured in situ and heterotopic skin grafts were used.The treatment effect is good,but the wound infection problem needs to be strictly controlled.
