摘 要:为了解新疆生产建设兵团2016-2020年猪瘟流行情况、预判流行趋势、评估疫情发生风险,笔者采用猪瘟病毒阻断抗体检测ELISA及猪瘟病毒实时荧光RT-PCR方法,开展了猪瘟免疫抗体及病原监测工作。2016-2020年,兵团累计检测猪血清样品72823份,免疫抗体阳性65926份,抗体阳性率达90.53%(65926/72823);累计检测猪扁桃体样品17905份,猪瘟病毒荧光RT-PCR检测结果均为阴性。当地连续5年的猪瘟抗体合格率均达到合格标准,但今后还需根据兵团猪瘟相关防控措施,进一步提高猪瘟免疫合格率。(Objective)To understand the epidemic situation of swine fever in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from 2016 to 2020,predict the epidemic trend,and assess the risk of the epidemic.(Methods)Using swine fever virus blocking antibody detection ELISA and swine fever virus real-time fluorescent RT-PCR methods,carry out the 2016-2020 Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps swine fever immune antibody and pathogen monitoring.(Result)During the five years from 2016 to 2020,the Corps lias monitored a total of 72823 swine fever serum samples,with 65926 immune antibodies positive,with an antibody positive rate of 90.53%(65926/72823);17905 swine fever tonsil samples,The results of RT-PCR were negative.(Conclusion)The pass rate of swine fever antibodies from the accumulated samples for 5 consecutive years has reached the pass standard of more than 70%.However,in the future,it is necessary to further increase the swine fever immunity qualification rate in accordance with the relevant prevention and control measures of the Corps swine fever to achieve better immunity Guarantee.
