摘　　要：应急物流管理系统作为一种综合管理体系,旨在提升应对大规模社会性突发事件的效率和效果。构成要素的关联度是影响应急物流管理系统运转效能的因素之一。优化应急物流管理系统,应以“指挥统一、运转高效、功能衔接、保障有力、协调耦合”为原则,改进组织、运作、资源保障和法律预案,聚焦节点层面的打通融合和平台层面的统筹整合。Emergency logistics management system,as a comprehensive management system,aims to improve the efficiency and effect of dealing with large-scale social emergencies.The correlation degree of components is one of the factors that affect the operation efficiency of emergency logistics management system.To optimize the emergency logistics management system,we should follow the principle of“unified command,efficient operation,functional cohesion,strong support,coordination and coupling”,improve the organization,operation,resource guarantee and legal plan,and focus on the integration at the node level and the overall integration at the platform level.
