摘  要:汽车空调冷媒流动声是压缩机运行时,从出风口发出的宽频低强度噪声。通常和膨胀阀附近冷媒的气液两相流动有关。文章介绍了一种通过测试冷凝压力、蒸发压力、过冷度、过热度、传热温差和NVH参数进行整车原因诊断的方法,并应用该方法对各类冷媒流动声进行诊断分析。结果表明,出现瞬态冷媒流动声的主要原因是膨胀阀在开压缩机时开启速度过快或者关压缩机时关闭不严,通过优化膨胀阀参数,增加阻尼夹等改善明显。出现稳态冷媒流动声的主要原因是低负荷工况下冷凝压力过低,或者同轴管等换热器降温效果差,冷媒过冷度不足。可通过优化空调软件标定,提高冷凝压力,或调整膨胀阀参数,降低低压冷媒温度等方法改善。Vehicle refrigerant noise is the wide-band,low-intensity noise coming from vents when compressor working.It usually link with the gas-liquid 2 phases flow of the refrigerant near TXV.This paper put forward a method that measure the condense pressure,evaporate pressure,sub-cooling,sub-heating to figure out its root cause,and use that method to diagnose different kinds of noise.The result shows the instantons refrigerant noise always cause by the too quick TXV opening speed when AC on or TXV bad closing sealing when AC off.It can be improved by optimizing the TXV parameters or adding the damping clamp.The steady refrigerant noise main cause is too low condense pressure at low load condition or bad cooling condition at the heat exchange devises such as coaxial pipe,that let the sub-cooling too low.It can be improved by optimizing the AC software or adjusting TXV to lower the outlet refrigerant temperature.
