摘  要:文章针对汽车后排坐垫总成与车身装配的匹配问题,以几何形位公差学为理论基础,建立了坐垫总成与车身的装配模型,从尺寸链计算及补偿环角度对设计公差进行分析与优化,并通过装配分离法、边界法和产品批量试装验证法进行校核。得出尺寸形位公差及尺寸链计算可对经验设计值进行校正,车身地板安装孔中心距公差由±0.5 mm增大至±(1.6~2)mm,可大幅提高产品装配一次下线率。The assembly tolerancing issue between the rear seat cushion and vehicle body is studied,which is based on the theory of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.The simplified model of the assembly status is built to analyze and calculate the related tolerances.The tolerance stack-up method and the compensation ring are used to check and optimize the designed size tolerance,the assembly separation method,boundary principle and the mass production verification are performed to double check.It shows that the tolerance stack-up calculation can help to correct the empirical design date.The tolerance of the center dimension of two cushion assembly holes can be widen from±0.5 mm to±(1.6~2)mm.This will gain a higher product off-line acceptability.
