摘　　要：文章围绕某轻型客车试生产阶段淋雨试验时出现的前风窗漏雨问题,采取4M1D方法进行分析,从人为操作方法、工装设备改善、来料质量控制、调整优化工艺方案、产品设计修改几个方面采取措施,该车型前风窗漏雨问题得到有效改进。It is described the front windshield rain leakage of a light bus when trial rain testing in this paper,based on 4M1D method,and from the artificial operation method,equipment improvement,incoming control,optimization of process scheme,parts design change from several aspects to take measures,which make the front windshield rain leakage effectively Improved.
